Seabrook Crisps
Seabrook packs 67 years of experience and family tradition into its great tasting crinkle cut crisps – each one lovingly cooked in Yorkshire.
In 1930, Mr. C. Brook (C for Charles) went to collect his photos and noticed that the shopkeeper had accidentally spelt his name wrongly. Amused by the error, he decided to name his first fish and chip shop Seabrook. After the war ended in 1945, his son Colin returned from the Navy and together they discovered that, with their fryer and potatoes, they could create what were to become Britain’s original crinkle cut crisps.
