CEO since 2009, Caroline has strengthened London Fashion Week and support for British design talent, expanded the LONDON show ROOMS and Style Suites, taking British designers to new global markets. She launched Britain Creates, part of the Fashion 2012 platform, to celebrate the Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Cultural Olympiad, and London Collections: Men, one of the four global leading showcases for designer menswear.
With more than 15 years’ experience in fashion, celebrity and features journalism and positions held at Marie Claire, Marie Claire Runway, ELLE and InStyle, Charlotte has been Editor of InStyle since February 2014. In summer 2014 she oversaw a redesign of the magazine and the website.
After playing Sarah Hurst in Easy Virtue, Charlotte went on to star as Catherine Earnshaw in ITV’s adaptation of Wuthering Heights. Recent projects include the film Heart of the Sea, and starring alongside Tom Cruise in Edge of Tomorrow. Charlotte has also joined the cast of BBC’s Peaky Blinders and Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell.

He played Captain Poison in the Oscar-nominated Blood Diamond and starred in hit US drama Homeland.
