Green & Black’s was built upon a pioneering ethos, embodying modern sustainability with its combination of exceptional taste and ethical codes of conduct. The brand came into being when founders Craig Sams and his wife Josephine Fairley discovered a unique-tasting cocoa bean in Belize, and the entrepreneurial spirit that defined the company’s early years resonates to this day.
